Afternoon closures
The surgery will be closed for staff training from 12.30pm on the following Thursdays:

Blood tests
If you are referred for a blood test, most tests can now be done at the surgery, to save you going to the hospital. Ask Reception for details.

Late evenings and Saturday mornings
If you find it difficult to get to appointments during the normal working day, we can now offer appointments alternate Saturday mornings and some evenings.

For urgent medical problems Out of Hours please call 0300 1303040 or the surgery number 02476 322810.

Appointments with our doctors and nurses can be made in person, by phoning the surgery on 02476 322810 or online (doctors appointments only).

Online Appointments

Whooping cough cases increase

Cases of whooping cough (pertussis) reported to the Health Protection Agency (HPA) in England and Wales have more than doubled from 421 cases in 2010 to 1040 in 2011. Increases in levels of whooping cough are seen every three to four years and figures in 2011 are in line with cases reported in the last peak year of 2008.

We are currently accepting new patients who live in and around the Weddington, St Nicolas Park, Horeston Grange and Caldecote areas of Nuneaton. Please see separate tab for a map of our practice area. Directions to the surgery are below. Our Reception team will be pleased to advise you whether your address falls within our practice area. Please phone on 02476 322810.

If you have a NHS Medical Card please bring it with you when you first come to the surgery. However, we are able to register patients without this. When you register we will ask you to book an appointment with one of the Practice Nurses for a New Patient Checkup.

Parents registering children under 5 with the practice are asked to bring along details of what immunisations the child has had. This ensures we can complete the full course of immunisations to protect your child.
