In April 2012 a new NHS AAA Screening and Surveillance Service for gentlemen aged 65 and over was launched in Coventry and Warwickshire.

Currently, this particular NHS screening programme is not available for ladies, as the prevalence of AAA’s are six times higher in the male population.
