The surgery is currently making changes to ensure the environment is as safe as possible for patients and staff alike during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Appointments with our doctors and nurses made by phoning the surgery on 0247 632 2810.

You may be aware we have a slightly different way in which we handle our appointment requests

Attending for an appointment

You can now attend the surgery to speak to a receptionist face to face. Please ensure that you’re wearing a mask.

Book on the day appointments and pre-bookable appointments.

These are available from 08.00 for morning slots and from 14.00 for afternoon slots.

The surgery does now offer pre-bookable appointments for a week in advance. Please note these are released at 8am and 2pm along with the book on the day appointments and can be booked online via the Patient Access app

The surgery now offers a service where you can send a query or request through to the surgery. Once this has been received it will be forwarded on to a doctor to be reviewed within 48 hours. You can choose your preferred method of us contacting you with a response.
Please visit the home page and scroll down to the bottom to access this.

Non-urgent advice: Please note

If you are 10 minutes (or more) late for your appointment the Doctor/Nurse will not see you and you will need to re-book your appointment.

If you are not able to attend for an appointment you have booked, please let us know as soon as possible, either by phoning the surgery on 0247 632 2810 or online by clicking here.

Failing to let us know in advance wastes the doctor’s or nurse’s time and means we can not give the appointment to someone else.

If you fail to attend more than one appointment we will write to you to highlight the problems caused by your non-attendance.

Repeated non-attendance could result in you being asked to find a new doctor.
